Annual concert Musikverein Admont-Hall 2025
with Sylvia Maierhofer
Large ballroom Admont Abbey
As every year, the Admont/Hall Music Society cordially invites you to its annual concert on the Advent market weekend.
With a colourful programme ranging from classical Christmas pieces and brass band sounds to pop hits and pop songs, our musical journey is as varied as usual.
Fans of brass music will get their money's worth with the „Textilaku Marsch“, the polka „Vaterfreuden“ and the piece „Zwei Weggefährten“, a solo ballad for two tenor horns.
We provide Christmas cheer with „Carol of the Bells“, „It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas“, „O Holy Night“ and „All I Want for Christmas Is You“.
A highlight of the programme will be the vocal performance by Bernhard and Elisabeth Ehrenfellner, who will perform two classics from the repertoire of Peter Alexander and Katharina Valente, „Eventually“ and „Tell me what you think“.
This year our sounds will be framed by cheerful, contemplative texts read by Sylvia Maierhofer.
On the occasion of our annual concert, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the support of the people of Admont and Hall. Your goodwill and applause at our numerous performances are our greatest asset. Without our audience and those who support the Musikverein, it would not be possible to pursue our musical passion. In order to support our young musicians and fulfil our cultural mission, it is essential that we once again ask for financial support this year as part of our house collections.
Thank you for your contribution to our musical work!
