Another Gault & Millau award
We are delighted to announce that the restaurant at our Dveri Pax winery has once again been awarded 3 toques in the current Gault & Millau 2026 - for the fourth time in a row. This repeated award not only underlines the consistently outstanding quality of the cuisine, but also recognises the harmonious overall concept and the special atmosphere of the restaurant.
Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to the entire Dveri Pax team led by Danilo Flakus. Special thanks also go to the two new chefs, Miloš Stamenković and Luka Zavratnik, as well as the entire kitchen team, who do an excellent job every day with great commitment, professionalism and passion and contribute significantly to this success. Together, they work at the highest level in both the restaurant and the winery.
