Where every step sets an example - 5th Charity Run
Run together. Helping together. Doing good step by step!
On Thursday, 26 June 2025, Admont Abbey Grammar School cordially invites you to the 5th Charity Run. From 8:00 am, the school grounds will be transformed into a running track for a good cause - a day full of exercise, community and social commitment.
The event brings together schoolgirls, teachers, parents, friends and guests to complete as many laps as possible by running or walking.
The aim is to collect donations for two social projects through sporting activity:
- the Lions Club Liezen Anasia school start-up programme
- the "Buna Vara" school project in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
In addition to the sporting part, visitors can expect a varied supporting programme with music, culinary offerings and entertainment - a lively festival for the whole family.
"The Charity Run stands for solidarity, local solidarity and the value of community action," emphasises the 7th grade organisation team.
This year's event is not only intended to raise money for important initiatives, but also to increase awareness of social responsibility.
Representatives from business, the media and society are cordially invited to attend the event.
The organisation team would be particularly pleased to hear of any interest in possible future collaborations or partnerships in order to carry on social responsibility together.
