Radio waves met cooking spoons: Martin Teibinger as a guest on "Ulli kocht"

 

The popular video series "Ulli cooks", a cooperation between Admont Abbey and Stiftskeller Admont, once again skilfully brought culinary delights, personality and regional products to the plate.

 

On 7 July, none other than Martin Teibinger, the well-known voice of Radio Grün-Weiß, was a guest in the kitchen of Ulrich Mattlschweiger, the tenant of the Stiftskeller.

What many people perhaps didn't know was that Martin is a trained chef - and so this visit wasn't just about chatting, but also about cooking. The menu included fish from the region, freshly caught, seasonal and - as always with "Uli cooks" - served with a good portion of good humour.

The programme once again offered an authentic insight into the world of regional cuisine and showed how good food and good conversation go hand in hand. True to the motto: Cook together. Enjoy together.
