As a chef / chef de partie, you will take on a central role in the kitchen organisation. You will work independently, responsibly and actively contribute to the quality and further development of the kitchen.
- Independent management of a post within the kitchen
- Responsibility for mise en place, production and service
- Ensuring a consistently high quality standard
- Support in the development of seasonal dishes and menus
- Careful handling of high-quality regional products
- Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
- Support and guidance for apprentices and young chefs
What you bring with you:
We are not looking for a pure labourer, but a personality with an attitude towards gastronomy.
Ideally, you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of experience in an ambitious kitchen an advantage
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Enjoy working with regional products
- Team spirit, resilience and a passion for quality
- Interest in modern alpine cuisine
