Then we are looking for you as: Junior manager in production* (m/f/d) Would you like to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping the production process? Then you've come to the right place. To begin with, you will be assigned to an experienced production manager and, after an initial training phase, you will be deployed as an assistant to the production manager or for various project activities. You will be responsible for machine commissioning, quality issues, ongoing support in the continuous improvement process and the creation of work instructions for the respective processes. In this position, you will learn all the necessary skills to contribute to the company's success as a junior manager at Admonter.

Payment is based on the collective labour agreement for the wood processing industry. The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience - corresponds to an overpayment in line with the market - and will be determined together with you. A gross salary of € 2,700 to € 2,900 is a guideline for newcomers.
