Pump tracking on the Kaiserau
A new trend for young and old is now also conquering Kaiserau
Open: from May to October (only in summer)
A new trend for young and old is now also conquering the Kaiserau...
What can you imagine by this? It's a circular wave track with steep bends that can be ridden on a bike, skateboard, longboard or scooter. And it's all free of charge!
How does pump tracking work?
The forward movement takes place without pedal drive and also without pedalling! The aim is to generate momentum by simply "pulling and pushing" with your legs and arms. Sounds difficult? But it's not - because you'll get the hang of it after the first few trial laps and it's great fun!
A unique sense of movement that not only trains balance and coordination skills, but is also addictive ...
What is trained?
- Anticipatory driving
- Coordination
- Utilising centrifugal forces
- Dynamic locomotion,
- Sdriving
- Focus training
- Concentration
- Strength and endurance
- and much more.
Mini petting zoo on the Kaiserau
Petting allowed...!
Petting allowed! Three rabbits move into the Kaiserau...
There's a lot going on at Kaiserau - in the truest sense of the word! A small, lovingly designed petting zoo has been set up right in front of the Sportalm - with three very special new residents: three trusting rabbits who are now looking forward to visitors.
The newly built rabbit hutch is clearly visible and easily accessible - a low-threshold offer for children and families that invites them to linger, observe and pet.
Whether on a leisurely walk, after lunch or as a little surprise in between: A short visit to the fluffy friends is guaranteed to make children's eyes light up (and some adults will also find it hard to get away from the enclosure).
The small petting zoo adds a charming attraction to the Kaiserau, which is a great addition to the sporting or culinary Kaiserau experience, especially for families.
So come along, take a look, be amazed - and maybe say hello to the new long-eared friends!
