This time, the kitchen became the stage for a very special culinary experience
Ulli cooks - together with Father Thomas Stellwag-Carion OSB. On the menu: Game meat, homemade pasta, fresh herbs, a touch of Italian lifestyle - and of course more than just a sip of wine.
(A little spoiler beforehand: the marvellous Pinot Noir from Dveri PAX didn't just find its way into the sugo...)

Father Thomas is not only a very likeable and humorous fellow, but also a passionate cook with impressive skills. Between steaming pasta, aromatic herbs and hearty laughter, we cooked, tasted and savoured - pure culinary joy!
As always, regional ingredients, craftsmanship and a pinch of dolce vita took centre stage - accompanied by a glass of fine wine and a good belly laugh.
