Ulli cooks - with wood and fire!

This time it got really hot - right in the middle of our Wood processing company ADMONTER! 

 

Between high-quality natural wood products, the scent of fresh wood and genuine craftsmanship, Ulli has set off a culinary firework display.

 

Inspiration came before cooking: an exclusive tour of the ADMONTER showroom with Hannes Kniewasser. From the elegant parquet flooring to the millimetre-precise acoustic panels - this is where precision meets passion. And it was precisely this atmosphere that Ulli transferred directly into the cooking pot!

 

On the menu: Ritschert - but with fire.

What happens when you prepare a traditional dish like Ritschert over an open fire? The result is an honest, rustic flavour that goes perfectly with the surroundings. No frills - just good ingredients, a real fire and a lot of dedication.

Fun fact: nothing is burnt. No kitchen, no Ritschert, no Hannes. Only Ulli was on fire - with a passion for cooking!

 

We ate in the very place where people usually plane, sand and design. Between the wood, tools and expertise, we laughed heartily, poured a few drinks and talked about everything that makes life good: good food, good craftsmanship - and good people.
