Wooden artefact handed over to the Frauenberg pilgrimage church

The next generation, craftsmanship and genuine hospitality

Following the successful handover of a bar table, crafted by the apprentices of Admonter AG, to Abbot Gerhard at Admont Benedictine Abbey, another special piece of furniture found its new home the very next day: At the Frauenberg pilgrimage church on the River Enns, a bar table was presented to Father Prior Maximilian.

The piece was crafted by our carpentry apprentices from fine walnut. In future, the bar table will welcome visitors, pilgrims and guests to the pilgrimage church, providing a place for people to meet and chat.

For the apprentices at Admonter AG, the in-person handover was a special opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and dedication. Projects like this combine traditional craftsmanship with practical experience and impressively demonstrate the quality and passion that go into the training.

A particularly lovely moment: the new bar table was put to use straight after it was handed over – over a cosy cup of coffee, good conversation and in the best of company.

A heartfelt thank you to Father Prior Maximilian for his warm welcome.
