Where history meets pleasure, something very special is created: DVERI PAX - the multi-award-winning monastery wine from the Benedictine monastery of Admont. The monks have been cultivating fine vines in Jarenina, Slovenia, with great dedication for almost 900 years - today the winery combines tradition with state-of-the-art cellar technology.
Deeply rooted in history
Viticulture has been practised in the north of Slovenia since 1139 - carried by the Benedictine spirit, characterised by experience and care. This heritage is reflected in every bottle of DVERI PAX.
73 hectares - four top locations
The vineyards extend across the renowned regions of Maribor, Jeruzalem, Radgona and Kapela. This is where expressive white and red wines with an unmistakable character are produced - elegant, well-balanced and the recipient of many international awards.

Having been awarded 3 toques by Gault&Millau, the DVERI PAX restaurant in Jarenina ranks amongst Slovenia’s finest culinary destinations. This accolade is a testament to the passion, creativity and precision of our entire kitchen team.
Under the direction of Miloš Stamenković and Luka Zavratnik, the kitchen combines contemporary haute cuisine with the roots of regional Slovenian cuisine and the treasures of our vineyards. Seasonal, high-quality ingredients from the region are prepared with artisanal perfection and harmoniously paired with the award-winning wines from DVERI PAX.
