What you can expect:
• Carrying out quality checks during production (dimensions, sorting, surface finish, etc.)
• Providing support to managers (production managers, foremen) regarding quality compliance
• Ongoing monitoring of the company’s established standards and processes
• Final inspection of the finished product against internally defined quality criteria
• Training staff in quality awareness
• Reducing complaints and scrap costs
What you bring with you:
• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, university of applied sciences or university)
• Professional experience would be an advantage
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• a strong sense of responsibility towards our customers, and a strong sense of identification
about the company and our products
