This centuries-long history is characterised by values such as tradition, community and knowledge and deserves our highest recognition. Admont Abbey not only plays an important economic role in the region, e.g. as an employer or driving force for local development. It is a place of faith and education and - not to forget - a lively centre of culture and personal encounters.
