This is the responsibility of operations manager Andreas Ysopp, who makes it snow every year anew.

Review of the open day at the grammar school

On 24 October, Admont Abbey Grammar School opened its doors to numerous interested pupils and their parents. Between 13:00 and 17:00, many visitors took the opportunity to get to know our school in all its facets - personally, directly and up close.

Festive service to mark the 61st birthday of Abbot Gerhard

On Sunday 19 October, the monastic community and many of the faithful gathered in Admont Abbey Church for a festive service to mark the 61st birthday of Abbot Gerhard Hafner OSB. The service was performed by the Bruckmühl church choir and the Admont/Hall band, with Abbot Alfred, St Lambrecht, delivering the sermon. At the same time, the eight years of his blessed work as Abbot of Admont were looked back on with great gratitude.
